At ever haute co. we want to be sure you are confident in your permanent jewelry experience knowing that we are a LOCAL business bringing you a one-of-a-kind quality experience you won't find anywhere else! 

We will guarantee all our chains, charms and connectors for 14 days - meaning if anything happens to your chain, for any reason within 14 days of your Spark! - we will either replace or repair your chain at no cost. 

All length adjustments to shorten or tighten your chain are also covered within the first 14 days. *Note - we are unable to lengthen your chain without the purchase and addition of a connector piece. 

After 14 days, if you need to adjust the length of your chain - we will shorten your chain at the cost of $10. 

After 14 days, if your chain needs to be removed for any medical reason - we will reweld your chain the first time at no cost. 

Each additional reweld is available at a cost of $10. 

In the event that a chain, connector or charm may not meet our quality standards and is deemed defective; we will replace the chain, connector or charm at no cost. This does not include a chain, connector or charm that may have normal build up or debris from daily wear.
