Shipping policy - domestic

Order processing time

Due to all items being custom embroidered, our processing times are set at 5 – 7 business days for processing. Processing time does not include holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders around holidays, order processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is not available.

Keep in mind delivery delays can occasionally occur based on the current volume of shipments the USPS is managing. We are not responsible for shipments once they are scanned in for shipping. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We would love to ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Unfortunately, we not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Non-Custom/Personalized Items

Any non-custom/personalized items may be returned for 100% refund within 14 business days of receipt of the item. Receipt of the item is either the day of local pickup or the date of marked delivery for shipped items.  Buyer must contact our shop to initiate the return process immediately and item must be shipped or dropped off within 14 business days.

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Feel free to repackage using same packing/shipping materials.

Custom/Personalized Items

Due to the customization/personalization of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any items that are customized or personalized unless there is a clear quality issue with the item. All items are completely inspected prior to shipping and photographs will be requested of any quality concern of disputed items.

Buyer must contact our shop immediately to report any issues and item must be shipped or dropped off within 14 business days.

Buyer is responsible for any returned shipping costs. Feel free to repackage using same packing/shipping materials.

Defective Items

Any defective items must be reported within 14 business days of receipt. Receipt of the item is either the day of local pickup or the date of marked delivery for shipped items. Buyer must contact our shop immediately to report any issues and item must be shipped or dropped off within 14 business days.

Buyer is responsible for any returned shipping costs. Feel free to repackage using same packing/shipping materials.

Any items returned to our shop and are not in the complete original condition will be denied any refund or store credit. Examples include items that include smoke damage, pet hair, items that have been laundered, scented, etc.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our shop, we do not issue store credit or offer exchanges. Once your refund is approved, we will issue a refund in the method of payment received. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process once item is received.
